Exchanges and Returns - All products must be returned within 30 days of purchase in new and unused condition with original packaging and accompanied by a copy of your invoice.  We cannot credit or refund the freight costs of any returned items.  We do not accept products after 30 days.  Racquets cannot be returned in a used condition. Due to our low prices we ask the customer to pay all shipping fees on exchanges. 3. Defective Merchandise - Please send back to Vincent Fitness Products for inspection.  In some cases it maybe necessary to send it to the manufacturer for their inspection.  If a replacement is authorized, it will be shipped to you with a shipping fee of $8.00. or the defective item will be returned to you.  There are no refunds or credits available on defective merchandise.Head Racquetball Racquets returned will incur a $12.00 shipping and handling fee.
